New Article on Ethics of Carbon Trading

A new article that attempts to summarize the ethical issues raised by carbon trading including carbon cap and trade in a way that is accessible to climate policy-makers,NGOs, and citizens. This article seeks to *identify the ethical issues entailed by carbon trading, not necessarily resolve all
